With over 15 years of experience my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs. I educate you on how you can take care of yourself.
The body has multiple systems that function together and it is like solving a puzzle to find the dysfunction that created the pain. My trainings include structural integration, visceral and neural manipulation, and cranial sacral which help unravel the layers that create pain.
Truly. If the pain were your problem then treating the pain would make it go away. Has it? If not then you need to look at changing the way you physically are to achieve a pain free body. Thats my goal to teach you how to do that.
